WZ Non-gravity grain mixer Application scope --Agricultural field: For mixing of pesticide, chemical fertilizer, breading material and additives. --Foodstuff industry: For mixing of wheat flour, cereal grain, milk powder, spice, coffee and salt etc., . --Material draying: To dry powder material. -- Chemical industry: For mixing of chemicals, cosmetics, detergent paint glass silicon and dying material. --Others: For mixing of medicine production, additives and plastic material.
 ˇńPerformance features - The mixer can make the mixing material move in radial, circular and axial directional movement through functions of paddles on two rotary shafts moving in divert directions, thus forming compound circulation to obtain uniform mixing. --The mixer can mix powder with size of from 300 to 2000¦Ěm. --According to the requirement of customer, by applying liquid spreader and sleeve devices, the mixer can become a drying unit. --The mixer can mix material with big grain difference without appearing deflection, which ensures uniform mixing. --Mixing accuracy: When solid-solid mixing with 1:1000 ratio, standard deviation is 3~8X10 ¨C5, content deflection error©‚2%. -- Fast mixing speed: 10 minutes for general powder. -- Low energy consumption: 1/4~1/10 of common mixer. -- Capable of closed operation, in characteristic of reliable balance operation and convenient maintenances. -- Manual, electric and hydraulic modes optional for material discharge. ˇńWorking principle Two parallel shafts of the mixer rotate in diverse directions driven by speed reducer and chain gear, paddles on the shaft throw the material in space of the container, make the material in a state of transient gravity loss, thus result in exchange, spread of materials. The mixer can mix material with big grain difference without appearing deflection, which ensures uniform mixing. The mixer is of a high-efficiency mixing equipment. Based on the requirement of customer, a sleeve and a spreading rod can be added to the mixer, and also a hydraulic discharging and liquid spreading device can be added to it. The contacting part of the mixer is carbon steel or stainless steel.
